At Rysesoft™, our teams are dedicated to creating original and memorable experiences that allow players to have fun, interact with others, and enjoy our games, apps, websites, and online services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how your data is used and to educate you on your rights and how to exercise them.
1. What is Personal Data?
"Personal Data" (or "Data") refers to all information that identifies you: This could be direct identifiers like your surname, name, email address, or phone number, or indirect identifiers like your account ID, IP address, cookie identifiers, or game data.

2. Can minors access our Services?
The age at which minors can create a Rysesoft™ account or access some of our Services depends on the personal data protection laws of each country. For more details, please consult the specific conditions and access information for minors in the Rysesoft™ Terms of Service.
3. When and for what purpose does Rysesoft™ use your Personal Data?
We may collect your Data in the following instances:
a) When you create a Rysesoft™ account. We collect information such as your username, password, email address, date of birth, and country. Some Data, like your username, is made public to facilitate your identification by our community within our Services.
You can manage your subscription to the Rysesoft™ newsletter via email when you create your account. You can unsubscribe at any time through:

b) When you register for our Services using social media login info or credentials from a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitch). We collect the Data you agree to share with us through the respective third-party platform or social media site.
c) When you make a purchase within our games and online services. We collect Data necessary to process your purchase, such as your surname, name, postal and email addresses, country, and banking information. This Data is transmitted to our partner service providers responsible for payments and delivering your purchase (for more details, see Section 5, "How does Rysesoft™ share your Personal Data?").
d) When you use our games, apps, websites, and online services on a computer or mobile device. We collect:

Game data to improve your experience and the security of our Services, such as achieved game levels, rewards, rankings, completed game missions, time spent in-game, or statistics on the use of various features, along with data related to any errors and malfunctions.

Login and browsing data to ensure the operation and security of our Services, such as visited pages, identifiers of your device and connection (IP address, MAC address), login dates and times, information about your browser and operating system.
We use various types of technologies, including cookies, to collect these Data when you use our Services or visit third-party sites authorized by us or our partners, or when we perform analysis of content usage.
Some of our partners may set cookies on your device and access them. The use of cookies by these partners is subject to their privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.
You can reject or request the deletion of cookies, or obtain a list of partners with access to these cookies by visiting the Cookies page.
Additionally, you can adjust your browser settings to understand when cookies are stored on your device or to disable them. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for the operation of our Services may affect your ability to make online purchases or access certain features.
Rysesoft™ may integrate Apple's TrueDepth API into iOS games to offer you an animoji feature. If you choose to use this feature, the TrueDepth API will allow the game to use your iPhone's camera to replace the face of a game character with your face. No facial data or other biometric data is stored on Rysesoft™ servers or sent to third parties.
e) When you play a Rysesoft™ game on your console. We may collect Data provided through your consoles, such as your age, country, username, and email address, to simplify the account creation process.
We also collect data transmitted by console manufacturers, including your console identifier, game data, and data related to any errors or malfunctions.
f) When you interact with other players (forums, chat rooms, Rysesoft™ social media pages). We collect Data such as your username, IP address, date, time, and the content of your messages to ensure safe interaction with other players.
g) When you are exposed to personalized ads or content in our Services or those of our partners. We collect Data such as your age and gender, the advertisement and how many times it was seen, its location in-game, and your device's identifier. We also collect information about your actions related to the advertisement, such as visited sites and the dates and times of visits.
We may combine the Data collected with our partners when you use our Services. We also merge this Data with demographic information, advertising and marketing efforts, or other analytical surveys.
Additionally, we use all the Data collected to offer you personalized ads, products, services, or content (hereinafter referred to as "Personalized Content") through our Services or those of our partners.
If you wish to withdraw your consent or object to the personalization of ads, please see Section 6, "What are your rights and how can you exercise them?" and then the "Consent and withdrawal" paragraph.
h) When you participate in a contest or survey organized by Rysesoft™. We collect your surname, name, date of birth, postal and email addresses.
We use this Data to administer the contest or survey, send you promotional offers, and/or for our internal statistical purposes.
i) When you contact us through the Rysesoft™ Customer Support portal or via social media. Depending on your question or request, we collect Data such as your surname, name, username, email address, date of birth, country, console identifier, and games registered to your Account when you communicate with us through the Customer Support portal.
When you contact us via social media, we collect some of the Data added to your profile.
We use this Data solely to respond appropriately to your questions and requests.
j) When you violate the rules of the game. We expect you to comply with the Terms of Service of Rysesoft™ Services and our behavior rules that aim to protect our users, employees, and more broadly, the rights of Rysesoft™, when using our Services.
You may face sanctions if you engage in inappropriate behavior, cheating, or harmful behavior, including not adhering to these rules. We will retain your Data for as long as necessary to apply these sanctions. This Data may include your Account identifier, game data, IP address, device identifier, and chat history.
4. How long does Rysesoft™ keep your Personal Data?
Except where a specific retention period is required by law, Rysesoft™ will only keep your Data for as long as strictly necessary to carry out the operations for which the Data was collected by Rysesoft™.
For example, we will keep Data related to your Account until the closure of the Account. In some cases, such as when necessary to apply a sanction, Data may be kept for a longer period.
5. How does Rysesoft™ share your Personal Data?
We may share your Data with the following parties:

Technical service providers involved in the delivery of the Services (e.g., product delivery, promotion of the Services, action against inappropriate behavior, cheating, and harmful behaviors). These service providers are subject to the same obligations as Rysesoft™ as subcontractors under applicable personal data protection laws.

In the case of transfers to other countries, the protection of your Data is specifically ensured by the signing of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

If you have faced a sanction related to our Services, we cannot delete the Data related to your sanction to continue applying the sanction.

Right to restrict processing: You also have the right to request that your Data no longer be used or not be deleted while we process your request. To do this, please contact the Rysesoft™ Customer Support department here.
If you do not have an Account, you can exercise your rights or ask questions about the exercise of these rights at any time by contacting Rysesoft™ Customer Support.
If you believe your rights have not been respected after contacting us, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulatory authority in your country.
7. When can Rysesoft™ use your Data?
We may use your Data in one of the following situations:

When there is a contract between you and Rysesoft™ for the provision of the Services. By accepting the Rysesoft™ Terms of Service, you enter into this contract with Rysesoft™.
